These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the zet4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing or using zet4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident or citizen of Indonesia to open and operate a zet4d account. Age is verified through mandatory KYC identity checks.
All transactions are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed the same day via BCA, BRI, BNI, OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
All bonuses carry a minimum 5x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zet4d will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Report any suspected breach immediately.
Use of automated bots, multiple accounts, arbitrage betting abuse, or any attempt to defraud zet4d or fellow players is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
These Terms are governed by applicable international online gaming law. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for compliance with their local laws.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zet4d. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and maintain an Account on zet4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
zet4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account pending verification.
Each Member may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. zet4d will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. zet4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain password confidentiality.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the Account is closed. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited unless a withdrawal has already been initiated against those funds in compliance with the applicable Wagering Requirement.
zet4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection standards. All Members must complete KYC verification before submitting their first withdrawal request. zet4d reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during a Member's account lifecycle.
Standard KYC reviews are completed within 1–24 hours during business hours (WIB, Monday to Sunday). Complex cases may require additional documentation and up to 72 hours to resolve. You will receive an email confirmation once your Account is fully verified.
If you are unable to satisfy KYC requirements, zet4d reserves the right to restrict deposit functionality, withhold withdrawal processing, suspend your Account, or close your Account entirely. Where closure results from confirmed identity fraud, all funds held in the Account may be forfeited.
zet4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for most payment channels. Individual payment methods may carry a higher minimum as published on the deposit page at the time of transaction. zet4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which zet4d accepts no responsibility.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating account and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes of confirmed payment, please contact support via live chat with your payment reference number. zet4d will investigate and, where the deposit is confirmed as received, credit the funds within 24 hours.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from fully KYC-verified Accounts. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. zet4d reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal it deems unusual.
For verified Accounts, standard processing times are as follows: BCA and BRI — approximately 5 minutes; BNI and Mandiri — approximately 10 minutes; CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata — approximately 15 minutes; OVO, DANA, GoPay — approximately 3 minutes; ShopeePay and LinkAja — approximately 5 minutes. All times are estimates during standard business hours (WIB, 08:00–22:00). Same-day processing is guaranteed for all verified Accounts submitting requests within the stated hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method as published in the Account dashboard. Members with enhanced VIP status may negotiate higher limits directly with their account manager.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by zet4d are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New Members are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rp 2.000.000. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000. The welcome bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement applicable to the bonus amount. Sports bets and slot games each contribute 100% toward the Wagering Requirement. Live casino games contribute 10% unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The welcome bonus is available once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. You must be 21 or older to claim any bonus.
Periodic reload bonuses and seasonal promotions — including offers tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. Seasonal bonuses may carry different wagering requirements, validity windows, and eligible game categories.
zet4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; wagering patterns that demonstrate no genuine intent to play; collusion between Accounts; and use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, zet4d reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, reverse any resulting winnings, and permanently close the Account.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of credit if the Wagering Requirement has not been satisfied within that period. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account automatically with no obligation on zet4d to provide notice.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event or at such point as defined in the applicable sport-specific rules. zet4d covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability, odds, and bet-type availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Asian handicap markets (voor bola — the standard Indonesian term for the handicap bet type) are offered on all major football fixtures. In the event of a push on a half-ball line, the stake is returned to the Member. Quarter-ball lines are split between the two nearest half-ball lines in the standard manner.
Mix parlay bets require a minimum of two selections. All legs must win for the bet to pay out. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided (e.g., due to a postponed match), that leg is removed and the parlay is settled on the remaining selections. A two-leg parlay with one void leg reverts to a single bet.
In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. zet4d reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a network interruption or at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery game) draws are conducted according to the schedule and rules published within the game interface. Results are final once officially declared. No claims will be accepted after the settlement window specified in the game rules has closed.
Where a bet has been accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, zet4d reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member. "Obviously incorrect" is defined as a price that deviates materially from the true market price and that a reasonable, experienced bettor would recognise as erroneous.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the zet4d Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of zet4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from zet4d. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
zet4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

zet4d's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by zet4d's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
zet4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, zet4d will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for determining the lawfulness of your participation under applicable local law before registering an Account.
In the event of a dispute between you and zet4d arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the support channels listed in Section 17. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
For sports betting disputes specifically, the outcome of any event as determined by the relevant official governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international fixtures) shall be treated as final and conclusive for settlement purposes.
